HR Executive (Malayalam Speaking)
We’re building our core team – and we’re looking for a smart, passionate and energetic HR Executive to shape the culture, processes, and people behind our mission.
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
Experience: minimum 1 Year (HR/Recruitment)
Type: Full-Time/ Permenant
Duties and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, media & operations teams
- Build scalable HR systems, processes & documentation
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding to exit
- Collaborate with founders on team strategy, hiring plans & policy creation
- Lead employee engagement, performance tracking, and conflict resolution
- Organize training programs, feedback sessions, and culture-building events
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1 years of experience in HR/recruitment (preferably in a startup or fast-paced firm)
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Malayalam
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and love building efficient systems
- Thrive in ownership-driven, startup environments
- Want to be part of something big from the ground level
- Edtech experience will be an advantage
