A Project Coordinator ensures smooth execution of a project by coordinating between site teams, consultants, vendors, and management. In real estate companies like ours, this role is crucial for keeping projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating between Civil, MEP, Architect, and Structural teams
- Tracking daily site progress and reporting to management
- Preparing and following up on project schedules
- Conducting site meetings & preparing MOM
- Monitoring material delivery and vendor timelines
- Supporting billing process (RA bills, contractor bills)
- Ensuring work is done as per drawings and BOQ
- Maintaining project documentation and approvals
Required Skills
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Good understanding of construction drawings
- Knowledge of BOQ & project timelines
- MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD basics
- Problem-solving & follow-up ability
- Vendor management skills
- 6+ year of experience
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
