Position: Computer OperatorKey Responsibilities:
- Typing and preparation of various reports and official documents.
- Formatting reports professionally in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Preparing and formatting financial statements including:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Other financial data sheets
- Maintaining proper A4 formatting standards for Word and Excel documents.
- Preparing documents in tender formats as per client or authority requirements.
- Handling end-to-end tender preparation and submission, including:
- Online tender submission
- Physical tender submission
- Uploading and arranging required documents
- Drafting and formatting engagement letters and proposals in Word.
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation of all documents.
- Managing and organizing digital files, records, and office documentation.
- Coordinating with internal teams for timely completion of assignments.
Required Skills:
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial statement formatting.
- Understanding of tender documentation and submission processes.
- Attention to detail and document presentation skills.
- Ability to work within timelines and handle multiple assignments.
Qualification:
- Graduate or relevant qualification in Computer Applications/Commerce.
Pay: ₹11,211.90 - ₹31,436.17 per month
