Their job is both strategic and practical, involving communication, persuasion, and market awareness.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and buying potential.
Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing discussions.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms effectively.
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions.
Customize sales pitches according to industry and customer requirements.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Market Research Analyze
- market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Work with marketing teams to create promotional content.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Gather customer feedback and improve marketing approaches.
- Coordination with Sales TeamAlign marketing campaigns with sales goals.
- Ensure generated leads are followed up and converted efficiently.
