Job Summary
The MIS Coordinator & Salesforce Coordinator is responsible for managing Management Information Systems (MIS), generating business reports and dashboards, maintaining data accuracy, and administering Salesforce CRM activities. The role supports management decision-making through timely reporting, data analysis, system coordination, and process optimization while ensuring the integrity and efficiency of CRM and operational data.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Coordination
· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for management.
· Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business data.
· Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all systems.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance analytics.
· Automate reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.
· Support management with data-driven insights for business planning and decision-making.
· Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
· Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate information.
· Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis.
Salesforce Coordination
· Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM records and user data.
· Ensure timely updating and accuracy of customer, client, and operational information.
· Generate Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
· Monitor system usage and ensure adherence to CRM processes and standards.
· Provide first-level support to Salesforce users and coordinate issue resolution.
· Assist in user account creation, profile management, permissions, and access control.
· Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, consultants, or vendors for system enhancements.
· Conduct periodic data cleansing and duplication checks.
· Assist in implementing workflow improvements and CRM automation.
· Train and guide users on Salesforce best practices and procedures.
Reporting & Compliance
· Prepare management presentations and business performance reports.
· Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.
· Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management and reporting.
· Support internal audits and management reviews by providing accurate data and reports.
· Document reporting procedures and system processes.
Required Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
Experience
· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, CRM coordination, or a similar role.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
