Job Summary
We are looking for highly driven, aggressive, and target-oriented Regional Sales Heads with strong experience in the PEB industry to drive business growth across Nagpur, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai regions.
The candidate must possess deep market understanding, strong client relationships, and a proven track record of consistently achieving regional sales targets in the PEB/steel infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales and business development for assigned territory.
- Achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual order booking targets.
- Identify business opportunities in:
- Industrial Buildings
- Warehousing & Logistics
- Manufacturing Plants
- Commercial & Institutional Infrastructure
- EPC & Turnkey Projects
- Develop strong relationships with:
- Industrial Clients
- EPC Contractors
- Consultants
- Architects
- PMC Firms
- Developers
- Handle complete sales lifecycle:
- Lead generation
- Client meetings
- Technical-commercial discussions
- Proposal submission
- Negotiation & order closure
- Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and project teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and regional market intelligence.
- Ensure high conversion ratio and strong order pipeline.
- Drive collection follow-ups and commercial closure discipline.
- Submit regional MIS, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
Candidate Profile
- 10–18 years of experience in PEB / Structural Steel Sales
- Minimum 4+ years in regional leadership role
- Strong regional network with consultants, architects, EPC companies & industrial developers
- Proven target achievement record
- Strong technical-commercial understanding of PEB solutions
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
