Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers after booking and provide timely updates.
- Handle customer queries related to documentation, payment schedules, possession, and registration.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Projects for smooth processing.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.
- Coordinate with banks for loan processing, disbursement, and EMI/instalment-related matters.
- Assist customers with home loan documentation and ensure timely completion of the loan process.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to customer status and collections.
- Ensure timely completion of post-sales activities and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper records of agreements, demand letters, and customer correspondence.
- Support the team during possession and handover processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Post Sales or Customer Relationship Management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in real estate post-sales operations.
- Familiarity with home loan processing, bank coordination, and customer documentation.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
