Purpose of the role:
The DC HR works with DC Manager to ensure Manning, Compliance, Performance Management and Talent Management for on roll and off roll employees in Supply Chain Establishments. The scope includes all non-store locations – Distribution Centers, Collection Centers, Re-packaging Center, Commissary etc. as applicable for that geography.
Principal Responsibilities
● Sourcing and hiring onroll employees for the locations for which the person will be responsible
● Coordinate with Vendors to ensure hiring of contract employees/ ensuring compliance is in place
● Manage Employee Cost as per budget and Manning as per productivity.
● Managing the Bulk Onboarding and Bulk Offboarding ( contract closures for FTCs) without any IR issues
● Digital Adoption – Ensuring smooth adoption of all HR systems as per company process ∙ Manage performance and quality of manning to optimize productivity
Knowledge / Education
- Qualification- Graduation
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling warehouse/FC/DC HR ops along with regional language expertise
- Knowledge about labor laws is a must
- Experience of managing Industrial Relations desirable
- Basic Knowledge in Analytics
- Preferably from Retail, E- Commerce, Logistics, FMCG or QSR background
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹680,000.00 per year
