Business Development Executive – Media & Corporate Video Production
Job Outline
The Business Development Executive at Dreamfoot will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new prospects, engaging with potential clients, and building strong relationships across industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive client outreach, and effective coordination to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
As Dreamfoot continues to grow, the BDE will ensure smooth sales processes, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to expanding Dreamfoot’s client base in the creative video production and digital media industry.
Role & Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify new prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo software, and other platforms based on target audience profiles.
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn and email.
- Conduct cold calling to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Filter, maintain, and update lead data in the CRM system.
2. Client Engagement & Meetings
- Meet with inbound leads and effectively present Dreamfoot’s services.
- Research clients and prepare thoroughly before meetings.
- Ensure smooth and professional communication via email and calls.
- Conduct in-person client meetings after new project onboarding, whenever required.
3. Proposal, Negotiation & Follow-Ups
- Create customized business proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Follow up with prospects after proposal or company profile sharing.
- Document client requirements using prescribed company templates.
4. Sales Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports as per company formats.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project handovers.
- Maintain long-term client relationships.
- Attend expos, industry events, and business development activities along with the company owner.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, client servicing, or business development
(Experience in media, production, or creative industries is a plus)
- Skills: Target-driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and strong rapport-building ability
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Working Details
- Office Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Lunch Break: 1 Hour
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: Vadodara (In-Office)
