We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Consultant to join our ERP
Consulting team. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong accounting fundamentals
who are passionate about business processes, finance transformation, and ERP consulting.
As a Finance Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand
finance operations, analyze business processes, support ERP implementations, and recommend
best practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in Oracle NetSuite ERP
Consulting across Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale & Distribution, Services, and eCommerce
industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements and analyze existing finance and accounting
processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with finance stakeholders to identify business
needs and process gaps.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and recommend industry best practices.
- Configure and support Oracle NetSuite Finance modules under the guidance of Senior
Consultants.
- Assist in ERP implementation activities, including solution design, system configuration,
testing, and deployment.
- Validate finance processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),
Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting
within the ERP system.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, reconciliation, and post-go-live
activities.
- Assist in data migration, master data preparation, and ensuring data accuracy during ERP
implementations.
- Work closely with clients to understand statutory and taxation requirements, including
GST, TDS, and other financial compliance needs, and ensure they are appropriately
addressed in the ERP solution.
- Analyze finance business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement,
automation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional
solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, business process documents, user guides, and training
materials.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide functional support during and after
project implementation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution to client queries.
- Stay updated with accounting standards, taxation regulations, ERP best practices, and
emerging business process trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality consulting
services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, senior consultants, and cross-functional
teams to ensure successful project delivery

Preferred Candidate Profile
- CA / CA Intermediate / CMA with 2–4 years of experience in core finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, audits, and month-end closing.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite,
Odoo, or Tally is a added advantage.
- Good understanding of business processes and willingness to learn ERP consulting.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze business problems and recommend process improvements
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
