We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting for IT Infrastructure, Hardware, Networking, and IT Support roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment for IT Infrastructure profiles such as:
- Desktop Support EngineerField Support EngineerNetwork EngineerSystem AdministratorService Desk / HelpdeskIT Support EngineerHardware & Networking professionals
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Negotiate salary/CTC and close positions within the approved budget.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the recruitment/HRMS system.
- Coordinate documentation, offer release, and joining formalities.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and maintain recruitment TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Pay: ₹10,193.26 - ₹42,252.94 per month
