We are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Freelance Graphic Designer to produce the visual assets that power our ad campaigns and digital platforms.
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who understands "direct-response" design—meaning you know how to design assets that don't just look beautiful, but actually drive clicks, capture attention, and convert leads. You will be responsible for creating static ad creatives, landing page visual elements, lead magnets (like PDF brochures), and overarching brand identity materials for our agency and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Creative Production: Design high-converting, scroll-stopping static banners and carousel graphics for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Display Network campaigns.
- Web & UI Assets: Collaborate with our web developers to create custom icons, background textures, hero images, and layout mockups that enhance our WordPress and CMS builds.
- Lead Magnets & Collateral: Design professional, high-trust digital assets such as downloadable PDF guides, product catalogs, corporate brochures, and presentation decks.
- Brand Identity: Assist in developing or refining logos, color palettes, and typography rules for new client projects or regional business portals.
- Asset Management: Deliver organized, properly named, and fully editable source files (PSD, AI, or Figma) upon project completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of active graphic design experience, preferably working alongside marketing teams or digital agencies.
- Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Active experience with Figma is a massive advantage for web collaboration.
- Commercial Mindset: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory specifically tailored for high-ticket B2B and real estate audiences (where trust and professionalism are key).
- Speed & Adaptability: Ability to take a core design concept and rapidly resize or reformat it across a dozen different social media ratios.
Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
