Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and converting them into customers. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of handling end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, messages, and field visits
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
- Maintain records of all sales activities in CRM or reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (any field)
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and calling tools
