- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
- Clean worktables, cutting boards, and preparation areas.
- Wash utensils, dishes, trays, and cooking equipment
- Clean sinks, drainage areas, and wash stations.
- Wipe tiles, and frequently touched surfaces.
- Maintain hygiene in hand-wash and sanitizer stations
- Assist chefs in basic cleaning during food preparation.
- Ensure proper arrangement of utensils after washing.
