About the role:
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone early in their HR career who wants exposure across the full employee lifecycle. As an HR Associate, you will work closely with the HR team and leadership to execute critical people processes, enhance employee experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You will not be limited to a single HR function—instead, you’ll gain cross-functional exposure across hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to build and scale people practices from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end hiring processes: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication

Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality closures

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

Drive seamless onboarding experiences for new hires

Manage documentation, induction schedules, and stakeholder coordination

Ensure structured and compliant offboarding processes

Assist in planning and executing learning initiatives and training programs

Track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of L&D interventions

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events

Contribute to building and sustaining a positive, inclusive culture

Support internal communications and employee experience initiatives

Assist in tracking employee growth, skills, and development journeys

Support initiatives to build internal capability pipelines

Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes

Support policy documentation, updates, and communication

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and workplace management

Maintain HR data, trackers, and reports

Take ownership of ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination

Graduate mandatory

6 months to 1 years' experience in human resources
