Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technician to join our automobile workshop team. The candidate will be responsible for performing advanced vehicle diagnostics, complex repairs, and guiding junior technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repair of vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electrical systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Supervise and guide junior technicians and trainee technicians in workshop operations.
- Ensure all repairs are carried out according to standard service procedures and quality standards.
- Properly use and maintain workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
- Maintain accurate job records and service documentation when required.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors regarding repair progress and technical findings.
- Follow workshop safety standards and operational guidelines.
- Participate in technical training programs to stay updated with the latest automotive technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI (Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Automobile) or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in servicing vehicles of authorized dealerships preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong vehicle diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of engine systems, electrical systems, and vehicle components
- Ability to mentor and guide junior technicians
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Commitment to quality service and safety standards
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
