Job Purpose
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Human Resource functions at Hugcare Health Pvt. Ltd., including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational culture. The HR Manager will ensure that Hugcare attracts, develops, and retains talented professionals while fostering a positive, ethical, and high-performance work environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct HR interviews and participate in final selection.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage employee joining formalities.
- Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.
- Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the organization.
3. Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and probation reviews.
- Coordinate annual and periodic performance evaluations.
- Recommend promotions, confirmations, training, or disciplinary actions based on performance.
4. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and professional workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances fairly and confidentially.
- Promote employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Conduct employee counselling and conflict resolution where appropriate.
5. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Coordinate orientation, leadership, and skill development initiatives.
- Monitor employee learning and development progress.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
7. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and absenteeism.
- Approve and maintain leave records in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate attendance records with the payroll and finance departments.
- Ensure employees comply with working hours and attendance requirements.
8. Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll with the Finance Department.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave deductions, and incentives.
- Ensure accurate payroll-related documentation.
- Resolve payroll-related employee queries in coordination with Accounts.
9. HR Administration
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR records.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit procedures.
- Maintain an updated organizational structure and employee database.
10. Disciplinary Management
- Investigate disciplinary matters objectively.
- Issue warning letters, show-cause notices, and disciplinary documentation.
- Conduct disciplinary meetings where required.
- Ensure fair implementation of disciplinary procedures.
11. Employee Welfare
- Promote employee well-being initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Encourage a healthy, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
- Support employee recognition and appreciation programs.
12. Strategic HR Planning
- Develop HR strategies aligned with Hugcare's business goals.
- Forecast workforce requirements.
- Recommend improvements in HR systems and processes.
- Support organizational expansion and branch operations through effective manpower planning.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Attend management and departmental meetings.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and recruitment reports.
- Maintain confidential HR documentation.
- Coordinate with all departments regarding staffing and workforce planning.
- Ensure timely completion of HR administrative tasks.

- Meet employees regarding HR concerns and support.
- Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Monitor probation and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Report directly to the CEO on HR operations and workforce matters.

Qualification
- MBA in Human Resource Management / Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, psychology, or corporate organizations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,528.40 - ₹30,000.00 per month
