Job Summary
Are you an aggressive, result-oriented sales professional with a passion for the education and EdTech space? SimpliAxis Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic Inside Sales Executives and Inside Sales Managers to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
In this high-energy, target-driven role, you will be responsible for student counseling, end-to-end lead conversion, and driving monthly revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in education sales and love hitting targets, we want to hear from you!
Mandatory Criteria (Please apply only if you meet these)
Location: Must be currently residing in Bangalore (This is a 100% on-site role; no remote options).
Experience: 2+ years of hardcore sales experience specifically within Education, Certification Courses, EdTech, or Study Abroad programs.
Mindset: Pure sales background with a strong focus on target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound student leads efficiently.
Counselling & Conversion: Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions to guide students on courses, certifications, and professional training programs.
Sales Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact and counseling to closure and payment follow-ups.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly revenue and sales targets.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate data, log customer interactions, and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant educational programs to existing leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–10 years of experience in EdTech, Study Abroad consultancies, Training Institutes, Certification providers, or University Admission sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
Sales Acumen: Strong convincing, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM platforms and standard sales tracking tools.
Drive: A highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented personality.
