We are seeking a strategic and content-driven Social Media Specialist to lead B2B brand communication and thought leadership initiatives. The role focuses on building a strong digital presence through LinkedIn-led content strategies, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Content Strategy & Brand Building
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create engaging content including posts, articles, carousels, and thought-leadership pieces
- Translate company updates, insights, and achievements into compelling narratives
Content Creation
- Create high-quality content tailored for professional audiences
- Work with leadership teams to build executive and personal brand visibility
- Produce content around industry trends, market insights, and business initiatives
Social Media Management
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and optimization activities
- Track performance metrics and improve engagement through data-driven insights
- Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes
Employer Branding & Campaigns
- Support branding initiatives related to talent acquisition and company culture
- Execute campaigns for launches, announcements, events, and partnerships
Content Repurposing
- Repurpose content into blogs, newsletters, case studies, and website assets
- 3–5 years of experience in social media/content marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Understanding of B2B marketing and audience behavior
- Experience using analytics and content performance tools
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
