Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Execution Executive to manage and coordinate daily pest control operations. The ideal candidate should have strong planning skills, leadership ability, and a problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in pest control is not mandatory as complete training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily pest control services.
- Assign technicians to client sites based on workload and priority.
- Ensure all scheduled services are completed on time.
- Monitor daily attendance and technician productivity.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Verify service reports, photographs, and documentation submitted by technicians.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly execution records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for new service implementations.
- Ensure technicians follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with stores for chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
- Conduct field visits for quality inspections and service audits.
- Train and guide technicians on service quality and discipline.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient execution.
Required Skills

Qualification

- Freshers with good management skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in operations, logistics, facility management, or service coordination will be an added advantage.
