Eox Secure Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our Security Services and Manpower Solutions. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sharing live location is mandatory during client visits.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and marketing activities as required.
- Report directly to the Head Office on a weekly basis.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for security and manpower services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Create, maintain, and update client databases.
- Follow up on inquiries and business opportunities regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve business strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and HR teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Represent the company during client meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and business development activities.
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Security Services or Manpower Industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
