Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers through calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet connectivity, network devices, routers, switches, and other technical equipment.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Coordinate with field teams for onsite technical issues and service restoration.
- Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical teams whenever required.
- Provide basic configuration support for networking devices and customer premises equipment (CPE).
- Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
