Brand Strategist, Gurgaon
The key to this role is your ability to understand & appreciate a brand’s objectives, challenges & opportunities and turn them into effective creative strategy & communication plans across media. Components of creative strategy at Rasta are - Cultural Insighting and Effective, Creative and Media planning and execution. Brand Strategists are responsible for formulating and overseeing the execution of Campaign, Content strategy working with their dedicated team of Brand Executives and other internal and external collaborators. It is a management role so exposure of managing teams is needed.
- Customer Expectation Setting and Management on both long and short term accounts
- Quality Creative Strategy
- Quality Media Delivery for the Creative Strategy
- Team performance & morale managed via OKRs and Rasta principles
- Health of Relation of Brands directly managed
- Contribution to Rasta’s growth via internal initiatives and participation in new business dialogues
- 5+ years experience in Planning/Account Management/Creative Direction at a Brand/Creative Studio/ Design House
- Graduate/PG in Communication/Management/Business
- Fantastic communication & presentation skills
- Constantly learning about tools, trends, frameworks
- Demonstrate flawless delivery on past projects
- Enjoy getting hands dirty to get the job done
- Exposure to multiple media formats for creative execution (Digital, Print, OOH, Partnerships etc.)
