- Supervise granulating, blending, compression, and coating operations according to Master Batch Records (MBR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Monitor critical process parameters (CPP) to ensure product uniformity and yield optimization.
- Perform line clearances and verify equipment readiness prior to starting new batches.
Quality & Compliance
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for in-process sampling and testing.
- Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to log deviations, manage change controls, and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in batch records and equipment logbooks.
Team & Resource Management
- Allocate shift manpower, assign daily tasks, and train junior chemists and operators on safety and GMP standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse and engineering teams for raw material staging and machine maintenance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
