We are scouting for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This is a strictly on-site position focused entirely on business operations and data-driven insights. There are no remote or hybrid work arrangements available.
As a Data Analyst, you will transform raw data pipelines into actionable business intelligence, managing reporting frameworks that directly impact cross-functional decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Visualisation & Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to map performance metrics.
- Database Querying & Modeling: Write complex SQL queries (including window functions and CTEs) to extract, clean, and structure large datasets from cloud data warehouses.
- KPI & Metric Governance: Establish and track core operational performance frameworks, identifying trends and diagnosing bottlenecks through exploratory data analysis.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate analytical findings into clear, non-technical executive summaries and data narratives for business leadership teams.
- Process Automation: Build repeatable data models and automation scripts using Advanced Excel (Power Query) and Python to streamline weekly reporting loops.
Candidate Requirements
- Technical Stack Mastery: Proven proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one major BI platform (Tableau or Power BI). Familiarity with Python (Pandas) is a major advantage.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong foundational understanding of data transformation, statistical metrics frameworks, and root cause analysis.
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate face-to-face with cross-functional internal teams to gather data requirements and present insights.
- Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.
Pay: ₹46,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
