Job Summary:
House of Raadhvi is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented General Manager to oversee overall business operations, drive strategic growth, ensure operational excellence, and manage cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for business development, operational management, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and achieving organizational goals while strengthening the brand presence of House of Raadhvi.
Key Responsibilities:Business Operations Management:
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor overall business performance, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational targets.
- Ensure timely execution of management decisions and business objectives.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and supervise departmental heads and operational teams.
- Monitor employee performance, productivity, and discipline.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
- Build a positive, performance-driven, and customer-focused work culture.
Sales & Business Development:
- Support business expansion, sales growth, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor sales targets, revenue generation, and business profitability.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Customer Experience & Brand Management:
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance the brand reputation and customer experience of House of Raadhvi.
Financial & Administrative Oversight:
- Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with accounts and finance teams regarding revenue tracking and payments.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Review MIS reports and business analytics for strategic decision-making.
Vendor & Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, logistics, and service providers.
- Ensure timely procurement, inventory management, and operational support.
- Monitor quality standards and operational timelines.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Assist management in business planning, policy implementation, and process improvement.
- Prepare and present operational and business performance reports to management.
- Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination and communication.
Required Skills:

Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, or General Management roles.
- Experience in Fashion, Retail, Lifestyle, E-commerce, or Customer-focused industries preferred.
- Prior experience handling teams and business operations is mandatory.
