Review RFQs, tenders, and documents from customers.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical specifications, pricing, and compliance documents.
Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate documentation.
Maintain tender databases, bid status reports, and customer records.
Analyse tender requirements, terms, and conditions.
Follow up with customers regarding Quote clarification and order status.
