Roles & Responsibilities
- B2B Outreach: Conduct market visits to establish strategic tie-ups with playgroups, daycare centres, and coaching classes.
- Lead Generation: Run digital ads, social media, and community campaigns to attract prospective families.
- Admissions Funnel: Manage families from initial inquiry through campus tours, testing, and final enrollment.
- Event Planning: Coordinate school open houses, information sessions, and local education fairs.
- Data Tracking: Maintain student recruitment databases and report on weekly enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in school admissions
- Skills: Strong field networking, public speaking and data management.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
