Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Founder’s Associate / Operations Manager to work directly with the founder. You will handle the heartbeat of our brand—coordinating manufacturing, managing supply chain logistics, and ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain: End-to-end coordination between our third-party manufacturers and packaging vendors.
- Operations: Managing inventory, tracking batch production timelines, and handling logistics/courier partners.
- Compliance: Organizing and tracking critical regulatory documents (CDSCO certifications, COA, Stability Reports).
- Data Management: Managing costing sheets, profit margins, and production schedules using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Launch Strategy: Assisting in the setup of our online sales channels (Shopify/Amazon).
Requirements:
- Education: BBA/MBA (Operations/Supply Chain/Marketing) or relevant graduation.
- Core Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Sharp attention to detail and ability to track multiple vendor timelines.
- Mindset: Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a new D2C startup.
- Location: Pune-based.
