Job Description:
KG Insolation is looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with potential and existing customers, and providing them with information about our products and services. The role also requires basic computer knowledge for data entry and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Process orders and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Use computer applications (MS Office, etc.) for data entry and reporting.
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum (Graduate/12th Pass).
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email communication).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
