About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Analyst to join our Content Operations team. The role involves reading, understanding, analysing, and processing diverse content types, including press releases, news reports, articles, commentaries, blogs, and other business-related publications.
The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying and selecting relevant content in line with defined editorial guidelines and quality standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess content relevance, accuracy, and business impact.
As part of the role, you will contribute to maintaining high-quality content delivery to databases and platforms, supporting operational excellence, and strengthening Contify’s position as a trusted content intelligence provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, analyse, and evaluate press releases, news articles, commentaries, blogs, and other business-related content from company websites, government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations/unions, stock exchanges, and other relevant sources to identify and process relevant documents for publication and database inclusion.
- Review, proofread, and edit content to ensure factual accuracy, technical correctness, consistency, and adherence to quality standards prior to final publishing or delivery.
- Apply industry best practices while identifying customer requirements, content gaps, and opportunities to improve content relevance and coverage.
- Manage and follow editorial calendars while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely processing and delivery of content.
- Ensure strict compliance with company editorial guidelines, style standards, tone, and voice across all published content.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any stream (Science/Arts/Commerce)
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Team collaboration and communication
- Time management and prioritization
Tools & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on MS Office
- Comfortable working on Google Sheets and Docs
- Good knowledge of English
