ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Development Associate, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right learning path. The role focuses on consultative selling, consistent follow-ups, target achievement, and helping working professionals unlock stronger tech career opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Prospect Engagement :
- Reach out to prospective learners across multiple communication channels.
- Understand learner aspirations, challenges, and long-term career goals.
- Build trust through clear, helpful, and confident conversations.
Counselling & Sales :
- Explain programs, mentorship model, and learner outcomes.
- Qualify prospects and recommend the right learning pathway.
- Drive conversions through consultative and customer-focused sales conversations.
Ownership & Targets :
- Follow up consistently with existing and potential learners.
- Manage daily inputs, outputs, and performance targets effectively.
- Represent the mission with energy, ownership, and conviction.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT Services.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Passion for sales, targets, and high-performance environments.
- Undergraduate degree in any stream.
- Experience handling ₹50K+ ticket sizes preferred.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
