What You'll Bring:

Required

10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or business transformation roles.

Strong background within leading global consulting and/or large multinational organizations.

Proven experience developing corporate strategies, conducting market assessments, portfolio reviews, and evaluating growth opportunities.

Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in capital allocation, investment analysis, and value creation initiatives.

Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and supporting executive-level decision-making.

Experience leading high-performing teams within complex, matrixed, global environments.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and scale ERM's global corporate strategy function and operating model.

Lead market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic research initiatives.

Conduct commercial, financial, and operational performance assessments to identify value drivers and improvement opportunities.

Partner with senior business leaders to support enterprise strategy development and execution.
