We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 2–3 years of experience in a listed company. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and stock exchange compliance, along with the ability to manage secretarial and compliance responsibilities independently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company.
- Hands-on experience with SEBI regulations, ROC/MCA filings, and listed company compliances.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
