About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in both technical and non-technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, be comfortable interacting with customers and hiring managers, and be able to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/recruiter interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Work closely with customers and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Highly data driven to educate the stakeholders to make decision.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate follow-ups, and drive offer closures.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience in both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Experience working directly with customers, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and Boolean search.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using ATS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
Preferred
- Experience hiring for product companies or staffing firms.
- Exposure to US or global hiring is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹10,105.01 - ₹42,437.38 per month
