Join one of the fastest-growing beverage and café brands and play a key role in expanding the Plus 91 Boba franchise network across new markets.
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and relationship-oriented professional who can identify franchise opportunities, build strong investor relationships, and successfully drive new outlet launches from inquiry to opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective franchise partners and professionally present the Plus 91 Boba business opportunity
- Manage and follow up franchise leads from digital platforms, portals, and other lead sources
- Guide investors through the complete franchise process, from inquiry to LOI closure and outlet launch
- Coordinate with design, operations, marketing, and launch teams during new outlet setup
- Ensure the Plus 91 Boba brand culture and standards are implemented in every new outlet
- Achieve franchise sales and closure targets consistently
- Develop and improve systems, reporting processes, and franchise onboarding workflows
- Train and guide new team members while supporting continuous process improvement
- Conduct regular reporting, reviews, and market benchmarking
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales, business expansion, and brand building
- Ability to build relationships and close deals confidently
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset
- Experience in franchise sales, business development, retail, hospitality, or F&B is preferred
Compensation & Growth
- Fixed salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and current CTC)
