Job Summary
We are hiring Relationship Officers for MSME/LAP and Housing Loan products. The candidate will be responsible for direct market sourcing, customer acquisition, documentation, and managing the loan sales process while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Open Positions1. Relationship Officer – MSME / LAP
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year
Candidates must have relevant experience in:
- MSME Business Loans
- LAP (Loan Against Property)
- Secured MSME Loans
- Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP
- Direct Sales / Direct Market Sourcing
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of MSME/LAP products
- Experience in direct market sourcing
- Knowledge of documentation and sourcing mechanisms
- Candidate must currently or previously have worked specifically in MSME/LAP products
2. Relationship Officer – Housing Loan
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year
Candidates must have relevant experience in:
- Housing Loans
- Mortgage Loans
- Secured Loans
- Affordable Housing Loans
- Direct Sales / Direct Market Sourcing
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Housing Loan products
- Experience in direct market sourcing
- Knowledge of documentation and sourcing mechanisms
- Exposure to Affordable Housing Loans is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Source quality loan customers through direct market sourcing.
- Achieve business targets as per the assigned plan.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify required customer and loan documentation.
- Explain loan terms, conditions, and processes to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Conduct regular customer/market visits as required.
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Monitor customer relationships and loan portfolios.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation is mandatory – Any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the respective loan product.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- CIBIL: CIBIL score should be up to 700.
- Driving License: Mandatory.
- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
- Candidates should preferably be from nearby locations and have good knowledge of the local market.
- Relevant experience with proper Relieving Letter/Experience Letter is required.
- Candidates currently not working should not have an employment gap of more than 4 months and may be required to join at a similar CTC.
Salary & Benefits
Maximum CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience and last drawn CTC.
