Key Responsibilities:-
Sales Strategy & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies for India and international markets.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across key industry verticals.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging global markets.
- Build scalable sales models for OEMs, EMS companies, semiconductor firms, and electronics manufacturers.
- Develop GTM strategies for new products, solutions, and technology offerings.
Global Business Development:
- Expand the companys international footprint across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and other target regions.
- Establish and manage distributor, channel partner, and representative networks globally.
- Lead international customer acquisition initiatives and strategic account development.
- Participate in global exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement programs.
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement leaders, engineering heads, and plant leadership teams.
- Manage strategic and enterprise accounts with focus on long-term business growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and large deal closures.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Technical & Solution Selling:
- Work closely with engineering, product, and application teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Understand customer testing requirements and position customized ATE solutions effectively.
- Drive consultative and value-based selling approaches for complex technical products.
- Support customers during technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept stages.
Sales Operations & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and scale domestic and international sales teams.
- Define sales KPIs, forecasting mechanisms, pipeline management, and reporting structures.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion metrics, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product management teams to improve business outcomes.
- Build strong CRM and sales governance practices.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and technology developments.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership for product roadmap and business planning.
- Identify opportunities in emerging sectors such as EV, semiconductor, IoT, aerospace, telecom, and industrial electronics.
