Role: ERP Functional Support Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–4 Years
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day ERP functional support to clients
- Understand client processes and resolve operational queries
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams
- Conduct user training and support sessions
- Analyze issues related to Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Projects, HR, Dispatch, etc.
- Assist clients during ERP implementation and go-live
Skills Required
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business processes & ERP workflows
- Knowledge of Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, or Project workflows is a plus
- Ability to interact with clients professionally
- MS Excel and documentation skills preferred
Preferred Background
- Any Graduate or B.E. Civil
