Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and networking.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property pricing.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in selling residential or commercial properties.
- Strong local market knowledge.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
