Position Overview
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere in our reception area. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth patient experience by handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Coordination
- Greet and welcome patients warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer phone calls, emails, messages, and in-person inquiries regarding dental services, treatments, fees, and appointment availability.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while maintaining an organized appointment calendar.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing-related inquiries.
- Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and ordering office supplies when required and support the dental team with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Sales & Outreach
- Track inquiries and convert potential leads into active patients.
- Assist in developing referral programs and patient engagement initiatives to support practice growth.
- Assist the dentist in represent the dental practice at community events and promotional activities.
- Support actively engage with community across schools, retirement homes, local businesses, and busy community spaces to build awareness and attract new patients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a, customer service, reception, or sales role is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
