About the Role:
We are looking for an IQC & Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of incoming parts and the timely shipment of quality products from suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring suppliers meet the standards so that our products consistently meet and exceed customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of incoming materials as per specifications, drawings, and SOPs.
- Conduct timely inspection of mechanical, electrical and electronic parts, preventing defects from reaching the line.
- Co-ordination with CFT and suppliers to resolve Quality issues swiftly and effectively.
- Monitor supplier performance by measuring the supplier KPI’s.
- Rate suppliers based on performance and give feedback to procurement and other teams.
- Participate in new product development and supplier readiness reviews.
- Support supplier qualification, development and approval activities.
- Conduct regular audits and develop suppliers to meet the highest standards.
- Coordinate and verify PPAP documents from the vendor.
- Review and validate supplier 8D reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of experience in incoming quality control and Supplier quality, ideally in electronic or Automotive/EV manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools and a good understanding of engineering drawings and specs.
- Good understanding of EBOM and MBOM
- Ability to coordinate with the vendor quality team and CFT
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Office tools, and working knowledge of JIRA preferred
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
