Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage and maintain all company social media accounts.
Ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
Schedule and publish posts as per the content calendar.
Monitor daily activities and engagement on social media channels.
2. Content Planning & Creation
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and stakeholders for content creation.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions.
Create content for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
3. Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Build relationships with followers and customers.
Monitor brand mentions and online conversations.
Escalate customer concerns to relevant departments when required.
4. Performance Monitoring
Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement, followers, impressions, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
5. Campaign Execution
Execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, promotions, and brand awareness.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment.
Support paid advertising campaigns and lead generation activities.
6. Reel & Video Content Management
Plan trending reel concepts and short-form video content.
Coordinate video shoots and content production.
Stay updated with platform trends, audio trends, and viral formats.
7. Brand Management
Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all content.
Maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
Protect and enhance the company's online reputation.
8. Research & Innovation
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms.
Suggest innovative content ideas and engagement strategies.
Explore new tools and AI solutions for content optimization.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
