We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands current social media trends, and can create engaging content that grows brand awareness and drives customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging posts, graphics, videos, and stories that reflect the brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets when required.
- Identify opportunities to increase audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across all social channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- One year of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and management platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- SEO and digital marketing knowledge.
- Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
