Job Description: Debt Collection Agent
We are looking for result-oriented and energetic Debt Collection Agents to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments while maintaining professional communication and adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Contact: Reach out to overdue account holders via phone to negotiate and recover outstanding payments.
- Negotiation: Create repayment plans that work for both the company and the customer.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all conversations, payment commitments, and follow-up dates.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly collection targets to maximize incentive earnings.
- Compliance: Follow all legal and ethical guidelines regarding debt collection.
Candidate Requirements
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional languages).
- Persuasion: Ability to handle objections and convince customers to prioritize their payments.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; previous experience in collections, telecalling, or sales is a plus.
- Availability: Must be ready for immediate joining.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
- Incentives: Unlimited Incentives based on your collection performance (Earn as much as you work!).

- Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
