Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dispatch planning and execution
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors
- Prepare dispatch documentation (invoice, challan, e-way bill, etc.)
- Ensure proper packaging and loading of industrial machinery
- Track shipments and update status
- Maintain dispatch records and reports
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in industrial machinery/manufacturing)
- Good knowledge of dispatch processes and documentation
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP if any)
- Good communication and coordination skills
CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA
