Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred):
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Telecommunication Engineering
- Computer Science/Information Technology
- In Electrical or Electronics fields, for entry-level roles.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of ELV systems:
- CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Intrusion Detection.
- Structured Cabling (Fiber Optics, Copper).
Experience
- At least 1-3 years of experience in ELV systems, project management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ELV systems.
Soft Skills
- Project Management:
- Planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
- Budgeting and resource allocation.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Clear documentation and reporting.
- Problem-Solving:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervising technicians and subcontractors.
