Fresher to Full-Time Opportunity
We're looking for passionate and self-motivated Full Stack Developer Freshers who are eager to learn, build, and grow while working on real-world products. This program gives you the flexibility to focus on Frontend, Backend, or Database Development, or explore multiple areas of the stack based on your interests and strengths.
You'll work alongside experienced developers, contribute to live products, and gain practical exposure to modern technologies used in production environments.
Responsibilities
Work on one or more of the following areas based on your chosen focus:
Frontend
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize applications for speed and performance.
Backend
- Develop and maintain REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services.
Database
- Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Write efficient SQL queries and maintain data integrity.
- Assist in database performance optimization and migrations.

Fresher to Full-Time Opportunity
- First 3 Months: ₹7,500/month + Conveyance Allowance up to ₹1,500/month.
- Post 3 Months: Opportunity to transition into a Full-Time Full Stack Developer role with a salary of ₹10,000/month + ₹1,500/month Conveyance Allowance, based on performance.
Starting Salary: ₹7,500/month + Conveyance Allowance up to ₹1,500/month
Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
