About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, meeting prospective customers, and converting opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Visit potential customers, architects, builders, and channel partners.
- Promote the company’s interior design and home furnishing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or B2C/B2B Sales.
- Experience as a Feet-on-Street (FOS) or Gig Sales Executive is highly preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving licence.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
