Responsibilities
- Handle Supplier communication and follow-ups professionally
- Manage quotations, invoices, and account-related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for project and inventory updates
- Track payments, purchase records, and operational reports
- Maintain organized records and support smooth business operations
Requirements
- Good communication and management skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory handling
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and team coordination skills
Preferred
- Experience in startup or technology company environments
- Knowledge of inventory or operations management is a plus
